LeeBoy 8608A Asphalt Paver
The new 8608 asphalt paver is equipped with an efficient narrow conveyor management system along with our Oscillating bogie style, B1 smooth ride poly track system. This allows the paver to drive over base imperfections and other obstacles that may be encountered without altering the depth of the mat.
This asphalt paver is powered by a 125HP Kubota Tier 4 engine including a lowered SCR, exhaust, and flat hood for enhanced operator visibility and access. The 8608 is equipped with a 14.4 kw belt driven generator. This model includes operator friendly toggle switch controls LeeBoy operators are familiar with. The operator’s platform is equipped with the choice of high or low deck controls with electronic steering. Designed with the paving professional in mind, this heavy commercial paver is guaranteed to impress.

- Get the Fastest Cycle Time: Witke delivers the smoothest lifting arm operation and the quickest cycle time. The packing cycle takes a mere 18 to 20 seconds and only a 12 to 14-second complete arm cycle for increased productivity.

- Arm Trunnion Bearings: To achieve a low maintenance front loader, the key is to use strong materials for the parts that wear the most. Bushing designs often require regular replacement due to the arms cycling frequently. However, the Witke front loader has outboard mounted steel trunnion bearings that are engineered to last the entire lifespan of the unit, when lubricated properly.

- Canopy, Sweeper and Shelf Design: The Starlight front loader reduces debris left behind by sweeping it back into the hopper with a second arm lift and using a canopy sweeper that improves visibility for the operator. Water Tank Profile: Exclusive Duraprolene construction. The fully baffled construction eliminates sloshing and allows safe travel while full, or partially full, of water.
Powertrain: Exclusive “Hydro Drive” powertrain system takes all required power directly from the chassis engine. There is no need for an auxiliary engine. The truck remains in neutral while in work mode, increasing operator peace of mind and safety, as no transfer case is needed.
Start Up: Operator simplicity begins in the cab. Simply put the truck in neutral and engage in the parking brake. That’s it! All other jetting and vaccuum functions are controlled from the operator interface on the hose reel.
Operator Interface: Going to work is as simple as 1-2-3-4. Simply engage the following switches:
