Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative
Rollins Machinery, a Lower Mainland-based equipment distributor, is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill an Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative position, based out of our Chilliwack location. This role will require the right candidate to take ownership of sales in the assigned category/channel/territory and have an active approach to growing the business.
SALARY
· Estimated $100,000 – $130,000 annually (combining salary and commissions), based on experience, skills and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales of agriculture equipment, and other lines that Rollins represents, within your designated channel/territory, meeting and exceeding sales revenue objectives.
- Knowledgeable of our multiple product lines (training/resources provided), which include but are not limited to: agriculture/farm (main focus of this role), paving, snow & ice removal, light construction, mowing and roadside maintenance.
- Conduct in-person visits to businesses to identify potential opportunities and build rapport with customers.
- Develop well-structured written proposals, meticulously following up on each lead.
- Maintain accurate paperwork at all stages of the sales process, adhering to the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Lead product demonstrations and actively participate in trade shows to showcase our equipment’s’ capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the parts and service department to ensure customer satisfaction and comprehensive support.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of sales experience (agricultural equipment sales experience is preferred, and considered an asset).
- Knowledge of the farming industry / business is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence with clean abstract (to be provided upon employment).
- Understanding of the equipment sector that Rollins represents is considered an asset.
- Capable of designing personalized financing solutions in collaboration with the Company’s financing partners.
- Transport equipment throughout the province, with a provided pickup & trailer, for demonstration and delivery purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Skilled negotiator who creates win-win situations.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours.
- Ambitious, self-driven, team player, results oriented, and positive work ethic.
- Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), as well as familiarity with general CRM software. Experience with ZOHO CRM is a bonus.

Journeyperson Heavy-Duty Mechanic
Rollins Machinery, a lower mainland-based equipment distributor, is growing and we are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill multiple Heavy-Duty Mechanic / Service Technician positions based out of our Langley (Head Office) location. Journeyman/woman is preferred, however we will also consider applicants that have completed Level 2 or higher in their Heavy-Duty apprenticeship.
Note: Technicians/Mechanics at our Langley location have the option to work a 4 x 10-hour week or the traditional 5 x 8. Please talk to us about your preference during the interview process.
SALARY
- $35 – $45 per hour, based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Rollins Machinery, a lower mainland-based equipment distributor, is growing and we are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Parts Advisor to join our team, at our Kelowna location.
SALARY
- $20 – $25 per hour, based on experience, skills and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports directly to the Branch Manager in the Kelowna branch.
- Develops, communicates, and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Promotes and merchandises parts and accessories in conjunction with other store locations.
- Monitors annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
- Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes annual physical inventory cycle counts and proper counter procedures.
- Maximizes use of special terms and stock orders to achieve management stock order goals.
- Identify deficiencies within the parts department and make recommendations on corrective action to the Branch Manager and implement action plans as directed.
- Any other responsibilities as designated by the Kelowna Branch Manager.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years Parts sales experience.
